Versatile Skid Steer Attachment for Wire Reels

The EZ SPOT UR skid steer prong is designed and built to work with wire reels efficiently. It is built to provide reliable performance when used with large core spools commonly used in industrial, agricultural, and construction industries. 

Specifications

  • Equipped with two 2.5" x 12.5" hydraulic clamp cylinders. Each cylinder has a breakout force of 14,726 lbs.
  • The clamping plates are rubber-lined for increased grip on the spool.
  • Two main shafts are Ø2.5" 4140 that go into the center hole of the spool.
  • Spring-loaded pin catches the outer hole in the spool for a non-slip grip when winding wire.
  • Rotation is powered by a hydraulic motor and planetary gear box combination. Produces a maximum of 46,452 in-lbs of torque and 95 rpm at 3000 psi and 40 gpm.
  • Motor has a displacement of 18.7 cubic inches per revolution.
  • Gear box has a 5.2:1 reduction ratio.
  • Comes complete with hoses, flush faced couplers, spring hose mount, and wiring harness.
  • Can be adapted to fit excavators, wheel loaders, telehandlers and backhoes*. *Requires specialty bolt-on mount.
