About Digga
The company was formed in 1981 by Stewart Wright, Director of R&D, operating from a telephone booth at a caravan park in Brisbane supplying wear parts to local earthmovers. The need for repairs and the demand for the replacement of drill augers saw the setting up of a small factory in Brisbane, Australia in 1982. With continued and expanding demand, the company went ahead to set up a facility in April 2013 that could serve America and Canada. Situated in Dyersville, Iowa, Digga North America runs out of a premise measuring 35,000 sq/ft. One and two-speed drilling drives, manufacturing hand-helds, anchor drives of up to 375,000 ft/lbs of torque, earth and rock augers, mounts, and drilling & anchoring accessories.
